When you use the Bulk Export Files application within monday.com, we only process the data explicitly required to facilitate the export of your files. This includes:

• Temporary access to board file metadata (file URLs, names) to construct the ZIP archive.

Data Storage & Security

• Hosted on monday code: The entire application is hosted on monday.com’s own infrastructure. This means your data never leaves the monday.com premises, and we never access, view, or retain your customer data.
• No Permanent Storage: We do not store your files, board data, or personal information. Data is only processed in-memory within monday.com’s secure environment during the export action.
• Secure Processing: All connections and temporary processing nodes are secured via standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) natively within monday.com.
