Exporting Media from a Board

The primary feature of Bulk Export Files is the ability to grab all media assets (images, documents, PDFs) from a board and download them seamlessly in one ZIP file.

Here’s a step-by-step guide on how to accomplish this.

1. Select Items

Navigate to your board and select one or more items using the checkboxes on the left side of the items.

2. Open Bulk File Export

Once items are selected, a bar will pop up at the bottom of your screen.

1. Click on Apps in this bottom bar.
2. Select Bulk File Export to open the app window.

3. Select Files and Export

1. In the Bulk File Export window, you’ll see a preview of all the files within the selected items.
2. All files are selected by default. You can manually select or deselect specific files if you wish.
3. Click the Download button.
4. Wait for the files to be securely fetched and zipped up. Please do not close the browser tab during this process.
5. Your browser will automatically prompt you to save the resulting .zip file to your computer.
