Welcome to Super Embed, created by Tangemi. We are committed to your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our application (“App”) interacts with your data within the monday.com ecosystem.

2. No External Data Storage

Super Embed is a monday code application. Both the frontend and backend are hosted entirely on the monday.com platform. We do not store, save, or transmit any of your personal or account data to any servers outside of the monday.com environment.

3. Information Handled via monday.com

While the App operates, it interacts with certain data provided by the monday.com platform to function:

  • Platform Context: We use User IDs, Account IDs, and Workspace IDs provided by monday.com to facilitate App functionality and subscription management. This data remains within the monday.com platform.
  • Authentication Data: If you connect third-party services (e.g., Jira, Confluence), OAuth tokens are processed server-side within the monday code secure environment. Tangemi developers do not have access to these tokens, and they are never stored outside of the platform.
  • Embedded Content: We do not see or store the content of the links you embed. The embedding process happens locally in your browser via iframes.

4. Future Analytics and Usage Data

We currently do not collect usage analytics. However, we reserve the right to collect basic, non-personally identifiable usage data in the future (e.g., frequency of different embed types) solely to improve the App’s performance and features. Any such data would be handled in accordance with this policy.

5. Third-Party Services and Iframes

The core functionality of Super Embed involves displaying content from third-party services (such as Dropbox, Airtable, Jira, etc.) via iframes.

  • Important: When you view or interact with embedded content, you are subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service of that specific third-party platform. We do not control or track the data interaction between you and these third-party services.

By leveraging the monday.com infrastructure, Super Embed benefits from the industry-leading security and compliance standards provided by the monday.com platform.
