Bulk Export Files is a powerful application designed for monday.com that allows you to effortlessly export all media files and documents from your boards in a single click.

Managing files across multiple items on a monday.com board can be time-consuming, especially when you need to download them all at once. Bulk Export Files simplifies this process, saving you hours of manual work.

Getting Started

1. Install the app from the monday.com Marketplace.
2. In a board, select an item or items.
3. In the bar that pops up at the bottom, click Apps, then click Bulk File Export.
4. In the window that pops up, preview the files (all selected by default), click download, and wait for them to be zipped up.

Note: Large boards with many files may take a moment to compress into a ZIP file. Please keep the window open during processing.
