1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the Super Embed application (“App”) by Tangemi within the monday.com platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Description of Service

Super Embed allows users to embed and preview third-party links and content directly within monday.com boards, items, and dashboards. The service is hosted entirely within the monday.com environment.

3. User Responsibilities

• Content Rights: You are solely responsible for the content you embed. You must ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions to view and share that content.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the App to display illegal or infringing content, or to violate the terms of the original content providers.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: All subscription management and payment processing are handled exclusively through the monday.com monetization framework. Tangemi does not collect or store credit card or billing information.
• Refunds: Billing issues and refunds are subject to monday.com’s marketplace policies.

5. Third-Party Content Disclaimer

Tangemi acts as a conduit for third-party content. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for any third-party services accessed through the App. Changes made by third-party providers (like revoking iframe support) are outside of our control and may affect App functionality.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “AS IS.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tangemi shall not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App or the inability to use third-party embeds within the monday.com platform.
