How-to: Item View

Embedding content in an item view is the most common way to use Super Embed. This allows you to have a dedicated tab for each item where specific documentation, designs, or prototypes can live.

Steps

1. Open an Item: Click on any item on your board to open the item card.
2. Add Tab: Click the + icon in the item tabs (usually next to “Updates”).
3. Search: Find Super Embed in the app directory.
4. Configure: Once added, you’ll see the Super Embed input. Paste your URL here.
5. Auto-Suggestions: Any URL added to a column on that item will be automatically visible in the app tab as a suggestion, making it even faster to switch between relevant links.

Each item in your board has its own unique Super Embed URL. This allows you to link different designs or documents to each specific task or project item.
